On May 8, 1945, the Second World War came to an end in Europe. Even while the war was still on, a call for reconciliation went out from the English town of Coventry. Today, a cross of nails calls for reconciliation from over 150 other places.

Bringing the Reformation Home "To all People".
Margot Käßmann has been inducted as Special Envoy of the Evangelical Church in Germany for the Reformation Anniversary Celebration 2017 by EKD Council Chair Nikolaus Schneider. Her job is to promote the legacy of the Reformation on behalf of the Protestant church. At her induction she started by challenging Christians to think.
